Before you apply
Before making application, please read carefully the conditions of the program. The Miracle Center has several conditions and guidlines for the program that may not meet with your expectations such as curfews, probationary period, and certain restrictions that you may not wish to participate with. Especially important for you to note is that all Miracle Center program activities are scheduled in the evenings. Job schedules must be made around these programs.
The Application
Click on the link below for a .pdf file of the application form. Print it, fill it out, and mail it to the address above or fax it to us. In order to expedite the application process, please fill it out completely and thoroughly. Upon receipt, we will mail you confirmation of reciept of your application. Please call us periodically to check on the status of your application and to maintain active status. If we do not hear from you for 30 days, we will assume you are no longer interested.
Acceptance to the Program
After your application has been received and prayerfully considered; if our program is suitable for you then an interview will be scheduled. Acceptance to the program will be offered only upon the unanimous decision of the interview team. You will be informed of acceptance not more than one week after the interview. Once accepted into the program, you will be given an intake date.
